In general, I deem the treatment I've received during this time unwarranted (given my attempted open/honest communication and patience along the way) and unfair as far as business practices go. Also, having recently come across some listings online stating that the business entity status is "delinquent", I have concerns that this business is allowed to be operating as a business at all, and likely lacks the proper accreditations and insurances to protect themselves and their customers.
