This is company is one of the worst in the logistics field, based on all of the bad reviews on the BBB, Trustpilot, there is a clear patten of neglect, lack of communication, and lying. No one answers emails or chats so wtf is that point of having it?
They took my package, held onto it, no updates with tracking number. They just keep your merchandise. This company is unethical and full of lies! The only positive reviews are fake from their own employees.
