This is company is one of the worst in the logistics field, based on all of the bad reviews on the BBB, Trustpilot, there is a clear patten of neglect, lack of communication, and lying. No one answers emails or chats so wtf is that point of having it?
They took my package, held onto it, no updates with tracking number. They just keep your merchandise. This company is unethical and full of lies! The only positive reviews are fake from their own employees.

You used the word "SCAM" in your report and you are right on target using that word along with the BBB. The BBB is nothing more than a PAY FOR PLAY SCAM Those "A+" PHONEY BBB RATINGS are PURCHASED. The BBB cms themselves "the bureau" TO DECEIVE THE PUBLIC into thinking they have some official purpose. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body or law enforcement entity. Because their PHONEY BALONEY RATINGS are FOR SALE, those ratings are absolutely useless! THE BBB.. CHOKING ON THE STENCH OF THEIR OWN DECEPTION.
