G&M Restaurant John Over Charge for food that was not received and refuse to refund funds Linthicum Heights MD
March 14th 2021 - July 16th every month we have driven from Richmond VA to G&M just to get crab cakes and soup for my family. We’ve Spent over $1000 each time. The prices have increased by $17 a meal. I drove up there again and spent over on $1000 Friday July 16, 2021 got home to Richmond VA at 1:30am did not open my meals until Saturday night 9:15pm to see that one of my many meals only had 1 crab cake.
I called 1st thing Sunday Morning to inform the manager John that I was shorted 1 crab cake from my $53 meal and was told there was nothing he could do for me and me spending over $1000 meant nothing to him because he sale thousands of crab cakes a day and that losing my business means nothing. This really upsets me and my family to the core. J
ohn you will lose a lot of business because I have sent so many people to your restaurant, people I talk to on the phone for business in that area, as well as family and friends that travel through MD area. I guess loyalty means nothing to your business and that is sad.
