GoCardless Ltd. GoCardless.com GoCardless They said I was fully approved and ready to use, then I had 3 people pay me and they closed my account! London

They told me I was fully verified and could use the account, so 3 of my customers, 2 of which were paying me on stripe, wanted to changed to ACH so I sent them the link and they paid me. Then the 3rd one, was a brand new customer, and he paid me.

Then an hour later, I get an email telling me, they closed my account and would not give me the money that was paid, and I could not process any more transactions.

So I took the words they said in that email and then I found they did this to a bunch of other people, and kept the money!!! They stole the money, never gave it back to the people that paid it, and never gave it to who they paid! That is THIVERY!

I tried to appeal, which they said I could do, because I am charging these people for 1) hosting, their websites are my dedciated server and they are paying me for the hosting and maintenance of the account. and 2) the new guy is paying me for split testing his website I am making and hosting and SSL and anti virus and daily backups and monthly updates. So these are work I am doing, why cannot I get paid via ACH for that?

They said I was fully verified.
how can that be, then they shut me down AFTER I get 3 payments?

I did not setup the payments, the clients did that themselves with the link GoCardless gave me for the setup!

This is ridiciulous. NO RESPONSE to my appeal, and no response from the support people. Ignoring me.

Thank GOD, I was able to still login, and saw those 3 payments PENDING, so I cancelled them and it worked!

So they are not losing their money, but wow, they are mad at me for not doing better research to see this company must be scammers.

how can they do this? it ruined my reputation with these 3. since it happened my new customer has not responded to my apology, 1 time!!!
I may have lost him!

Buyers BEWARE! Bait and Switch.

Fully approved, you process transactions, then they cancel you, and say you cannot have the money, or process new transactions. Better hope you can cancel the payments.
they apparantly keep the money, according to the other lots of reviews I read from those it happened to.
