Gold standard automotive network Auto knight motor club Did not honor warranty Jacksonville Fl

I purchased a vehicle from a used car lot and i know that when buying a used vehicle, you buy as is.  I purchased an extended warranty through Gold standard. Approx. 1 month vehicle had a problem and taken to a dealer for repair. 

The warranty company depatched an inspector, who denied the claim.  I paid $3300 up front for an extended warranty. Now i found out it's worthless.  made contact with car lot (ultimate ms) who contacted warranty company and after three days, the still denied the claim. 

Then car lot contacted me and advise me to take the vehicle from the dealer and transfer it cross town to some other shop where  I have to pay $500.  I think this is a ripoff
