Gold vip vacations Gold marketing group llc scam me out of a money through a radio advertisement Winter garden Florida

Back in may of 2019 I heard  a radio advertisement on 101.5 radio station that said name a animal that lays eggs other then a bird i called and they said I was the first caller they ask can i answer the question i said a turtle they then said i was right and for getting the answer right i win 2 trips 1 to vegas and the other one to orlando come to find out everybody that call is the first caller in which I found that out later they then proceeded to tell me all i had to pay was the taxes.

i was confident being that it was coming from a popular radio station i paid $399  we recieved email confirmation stating we had 1 year to go on the trip come to find out it was a time share that we had to do a 90 min presentation to go we figure 2 trips its worth it we almost waited a year to book our reservation to Orlando they said they put it in for the dates we requested and never heard back from them

i  called them they continue to say the same thing finally the time was getting near we called a third time they then said because we stayed at a resort they was trying to book for us we had to pay more money for a different resort I told them no because we already paid them for this because they never told us it was for a specific resort infortunantly they stop taking my calls we then called our bank and reported it our bank said since we authorized the payment we couldn't get our money back they said if we would have told them we didn't know who the company was we would have gotten our money back being that they would have put it in as a unauthorized transaction this is the results of being honest that came from coastline federal credit union so we lost money to these crooks 

I spoke to several people Barbara, gabby and suppose to be the manager Shannon I thank that was her name they all had broken English you could barely understand them. to all the eyes and ears to this beware of this scam they are gonna appear to  be legit but the end results will be what they  don't tell you if you don't qualify you cant get your money back and the bad part the good radio station allows this scam to happen on their station they are a new business I also reported this to the better business bureau they never replied back to them
