When I odered their CBD gummies the price advertise was very high and wasn't mentioned and I immedialely called back and said cancel the order within 5 minutes. The Women told me she would cancel the order and will refund back to my card and I didn't get her name and my mistake not hearing the total price. As I only wanted 1 bottle and they sent me 3 bottles and oils and other products which they charged me $215.68 and another $34.11 (for unknown charge) totaling $249.79. I have called and was told they would only refund part of the total charge. I said I sent the entire order back & want a full refund. She said how it's going to cost alot to return which cost me $13.20 and I sent the package back. I have now written a 2nd letter to which my 1st letter got no response. this is poor business and from what I have read they have gotten poor reviews. I will contact the BBB and report this and also will contact my card

NOT WHAT YOU THINK. Looks like you too have been DECEIVED by the PHONEY BALONEY BBB. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB is NOT partbof ANY law enforcement entity. The BBB has absolutely, positively ZERO POWER to order any business to do anything or enforce any business laws. The ca themselves "the bureau" TO DECEIVE THE PUBLIC. The only purpose of the BBB is to SELL their useless PHONEY BALONEY ratings and accreditations to ANY business WILLING TO PAY THEIR PRICE. Despite what you may have thought, the BBB is nothing more than a DECEPTIVE, DEVIOUS PAY-FOR-PLAY con-game and that complaint you want to give them will become a SALES LEAD so they can badger that business into buying their own FAKE "A+" "rating" if they haven't already BOUGHT ONE. Go to the BBB website and see with your OWN EYES the "Get A Quote" page. This is not meant to minimize your complaint. Don't waste your time with the PHONEY BALONEY BBB. Complain to bona-fide REAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES rather than waste a split second with the BBB con-game. THE BBB---CHOKING ON THE STENCH OF THEIR OWN DECEPTION.
