In 2017 Andrew Fabrikant represented himself and his trust, to several individuals, as a part owner of the funding company Golden Pear. Andrew is a "stepson" of Bob Cohen and "stepbrother" to Jeff Cohen of the Cohens fashions optical empire. After seeing the relationship to Bob and Jeff Cohen I trusted his word on everything.
It all started out with smaller investments of 20k and we saw the return come back. Much like anyone who sees a return on an investment we all invested more money. As the money increased and the deal progressed our payouts started to be delayed and that's when the stories began. Like a good scammer, Andrew always answered the phone and gave bogus stories on wires being sent and delayed. I have been chasing my money for over a year. Along the way, I have found other victims and it looks like he has scammed about 250k from investors.

Andrew had Friman & Stein Inc based in NY send a Diamond engagement ring to his old job (Dynamic Capital in Fort Lauderdale Florida) in December 2018. (Case COWE19010400 in Broward County plaintiff Friman & Stein Inc Filed the end of July 2019)
He owes them 14 Thousand Dollars and after he got the Diamond ring (which Devin La Mantia has been seen wearing) he went to Broward County to get his last name changed!! Now he went from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles CA with Devin La Mantia

He has stolen from so many and from further research has now changed his name to Andrew R Ross in April 2019 and is in Ft. Lauderdale. Probably to hurt more people and if they google him now under Andrew Ross with have a hard time finding him.
Looks like now at (((REDACTED))) in a luxury apartment. Not sure how to help others now from getting scammed with this name change
