Golden State Endodontics violates Federal and California States's "NO SURPRISES ACT" and AB72, and forcibly causes "collection activities" by the debt collector PCS to ruin my credit.

Golden State Endodontics owes me $274 overpayment and interest 15% starting July 2024. It violates Federal and California laws pressuring me for out-of-network fees by engaging debt collector PCS to ruin my credit.

PCS, debt collector, 3230 Arena Blvd, Ste 245 PMB 430, Sacramento, CA 95834, adds more interests and fees on the fraudulent bill from Golden state Endodontics.
