BEWARE of Golden State Endodontics' excessive out-of-network charges against federal and California laws.  Both federal and California protect patients from doctor's "surprises billing" and "No Surprises Act", charging more than claim-approved-amount, patient copay, and deductibles.

BEWARE of Golden State Endodontics' gross-malicious-collection activities.  STALKING PATIENT at her apartment in violation of patient's safety and security.  STALKING PATIENT in the parking lot in violation of patient's safety and security.  Threatening lawsuit and ruin patient's credit reporting to all credit bureaus.

BEWARE of Golden State Endodontics forcibly charging out-of-network fees, after it has already received $1,986.00 from both insurances covering more than the APPROVED-AMOUNT, patient's copay, and deductibles.
