This guy just steals money and threatens to sue for defamation if you say anything bad about his "company".  

Working with China, he must have forgotten about free speech. 

I have gotten every excuse imaginable from this guy, I paid for a guitar and I did not recieve a guitar.

He couldnt ship the guitar because:

                                                                his kids schedule changed

                                                                he was living in a van

                                                                 His family had covid

                                                                 He was going through a breakup

                                                                 He had to save up money to issue a refund

                                                                  Inflation

                                                                  His factories were shut down

                                                                  He was busy with dinner

                                                                  He couldnt get his debit card working

                                                                  The guitars were stuck at his grandmothers house in a climate            controlled room

                                                                  He even pretended to be his own secretary on the phone
