Mar 27, I ordered product via internet. Took over 2 wks to get to me. This product did not work for me at all. "Return Policy" states you can return 30 days from DELIVERY. In asking for a return on Apr 28, they screen shot and sent me their "money back guarantee page" telling me I do not qualify for a return as you have to initiate return within 30 days of your ORDER date.

So there are two different policies, depending on which link you click on (or what is convenient for them). THEN they also say that of the $30 I spent, there is a $15 "disposal fee" for the tiny 1" gadget. You pay shipping back plus 50% of your refund is eaten up for them to toss in the trash. Basically, returns have changing dates and fees, making it impossible to "get a refund" on a product that doesn't work for you.
