I heard Google Cloud AutoML was a great service, that it can train models with up to 98% accuracy. Uploading my data was difficult and I had to go through a third-party service, but once that was done I found out they were giving me $342 in credits. Whoopee! It turns out I misread something, and they ended up charging me $160. However, the model I paid for was completely useless: after 24 hours of training, it was only 74% accurate, as opposed to the 98% I was expecting.
I didn't even download it, I just deleted it so I would not be charged more for hosting it. I asked Google Cloud for help, and they said I would have to pay to upgrade my account to receive support. I paid money and I received in return a product that is worthless to me, that added no value to my life or my business. I will not be using Google Cloud AutoML again.
