Govt Assist, LLC Almost paid $186 to them for what's free on IRS site Valley Village CA

Should have known better but I googled "how to apply for an EIN for an estate. Moving too fast I saw IRS in the web address and went there and started filling out the forms, got to the end and they were asking for payment. I also realized I had given them too much personal information too. Slowed down and found the IRS webpage to apply for the EIN. No payment required and it was an immediate issuance of the EIN. 

Their extensive disclaimer(below) gets them off the hook I'm sure but how do they get IRS in their web address?
