I never recieved what I paid for. The sales person promised the world and I got NADA. I asked for my money back.  Instead, Gillian told me to take her to court. So I did.

And I won because she ignored the service. Now she refuses to pay. I am now having to have the case transferred to Queensland so that a baliff can legally sieze her property to satisfy the judgement plus costs. It's a massive inconvenience, I have better things to do. But I will keep on with it because I cannot allow her to get away with ripping me or anyone else off.

I hope she learns something from this. I REALLY hope she gets arrested for contempt, I am trying for that, but there's more steps that need to be taken before I can have that done legally. If she continues to ignore the court (which I suspect she will) then its only a matter of time. And I have 12 years. Anyone else dealing with them should think twice.
