Dear Mr. Nimal Amitirigala and/or Grace Foods Canada Inc. Executive:

Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny Richmond Hill, Ontario  Canada and/or wherever else You are in the World?

My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that my 88 year old mother who suffers from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, along with Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility had bought Several Packages Of Your Grace Green Plantain Chips Salted 85 g and Unfortunately The Packages Were Not Completely Full!

I am Not sure what happened during the manufacturing, packing and/or shipping/transportation process, but my mother must have received a Bad Batch!

In Any Case:  If my mother could please get Full Product Replacement for the Package(s) that she is Complaining about then that would be more than Appreciated!

For Your Information:  I am now going to provide You with some vital information that I was able to retrieve from the package for your reference and further review.  Thank You.

Update:  

Back in early March of 2020, when I recently spoke with Ms. Audrey Abraham, Compliance Officer (905) 886-1002 x238 regarding my mother's complaint, she totally Defended her Company and kept referring to the weight of the product instead of admitting that there could be packages that are just Not Fully and/or Properly Packed and/or Sealed

In The End:  Ms. Audrey Abraham Refused To Do A d**n Thing About The Partially Filled Up Products!

Final Thoughts:  Do Not Buy Grace Foods Canada Inc. Products!
