Nothing we were told or promised has come to fruition! Phone calls and emails go unanswered, already being charged for unusable programs! Scam artist! Our company was told and promised that two different programs sold to us by Jonathan Watts, President, was capable of handling our business needs and requirements. After the first program was determined usable we were told that Jonathan had another program that would be a better fit!

The program is NOT capable of doing everything we need and require to successfully operate our business. We were asked to email a list of requirements for the program sold to our company. No one ever responded to our email. Our phone calls have gone unanswered as well. We are already being charged for services that we can not even utilize. Not to mention, we are still being charged for the first unusable program he sold our company.

All we want is for Grand Strand Business Cooperative to pick up their equipment, which was NEVER used, and to refund the money they have already taken out of our account. We took him as a man of his word and trusted him! We feel that we have been taken advantage of and lied to by Jonathan Watts and the associates of Grand Strand Business Cooperative.
