During our stay I walked towards the bathroom. As I was getting close to the doorframe the Air conditioning vent cover fell on my head. It was a heavy metal frame and caused major pain.
Hotel didn’t send anyone to repair the vent for 2 days till we checked out.
Kids were scared to stay in the room bc of roaches that were coming out of the vent.
Front desk kept saying we are sending someone but no one ever came
Management (Mr Medina) wasn’t helpful nor accommodating with the situation.
This is the 5th time we stayed at Grand Velas and the last time. Very disappointed and very unfortunate More
