We did an agreement with Granite Telecommunication for our store for Broadband services as the Mall only has Granite. We agreed on $120+ tax monthly pricing with the Sales Agent but as soon as the bill started coming - the monthly pricing was always way to higher in the tune of $178-$180 a month. We emailed the sales agent multiple times and we were told to stop nitpicking. Granite and its sales agent did a bait and switch and lied to us to get us to sign an agreement and after we signed it start billing much more than what was agreed. This company is a scam, stay away from this company and do not sign any LOA they send you. Stay very far away from this company unless you like to get scammed on billing, deal with rude customer service.
