I worked at this company for three years, and by the time I left I experienced mental and sexual misconduct. The men working there are disgusting and would make awful and degrading comments about women in my presence. I never felt safe in the office. My other coworker played disgusting material, oftentimes again, degrading to women. It was a hostile enviornment. They talked about their gentials and that made me so uncomfortable. He broke down my confidence and made me miserable with his business practices.

The boss, Andrew Hart, is truly stupid. He just makes up things on the fly and never enforces his own ideas. He screws over his customers so often with price-gouging and never delivering on promises. He continually cut me down and took away any power I was supposed to have as a Manager. I basically ran his whole company, and the way he repaid me was always throwing me under the bus and making me the messenger for anything that went wrong. That led to a lot of tense moments and mean customers coming back at me. He runs a shoddy business and is a sneak.
