The presentation was fantastic with Matthew. He tells you multiple times " 90 day sleep test " return anytime and only pay for shipping ". THIS is a LIE ... When you you sign for your credit card charge the receipt is sent via to your email and below your signature there is a statement "Final sale no returns " Very misleading.
Then when i got the bed .. the soft side was hard as a rock. Matthew asked me to flip to to the firm for a few days and flip it back to soft to see how i feel !!! Terrible solution.. I insisted they bring me THE SAME bed i sampled at the " Restaurant " This was not the one i tried ... Another scam !
They ended up sending me another replacement immediately and yes that one was the softer one i tried originally in the presentation. Also the delivery Gravity cool pillows are not the same as the one we tried at the show. I can't prove it but you know I'm correct. ( It flattens immediately when you lay your head down and your head hits the mattress) —- I’m very disappointed !

Be Very cautious to ask about the return policy prior to signing your credit card receipt. Ask to see the policy in writing !!! There are 2 kinds of beds one made in Italy ( Lighter pink mattress rim) and one made in Spain ( darker pink mattress rim.
The one you sample at the show presentation is the ONE in Italy and the soft SIDE is very soft though you may get the Spain mattress delivered ( which is terrible soft side is hard as a rock) Call and ask for a switch ! Also the pillows are made in Italy or Spain. Make sure your pillow says " Gravity cool” on the inside which is the correct ones made in Italy !!! Good luck !
