Gray Line Sight Seeing Tours - also known as Twin America LLC, d/b/a "Gray Line New York” am typically not one to write reviews, but I am so disgusted with this company, I feel compelled to share my experience with the hope I can help someone else avoid the negative experience of dealing with this company. I paid for three individual 24-hour hop-on, hop-off bus tickets and was not able to get on ANY of the buses at my chosen boarding station.

I stood in long lines three different times and each time I got up to the the bus, the seats were gone. The air-conditioning on the first floor of all three of the buses was inoperable, so no one could use the first floor - literally on THREE different buses - because the temperature in the first floor of the bus was over 100 degrees.

All of the seats on the top of the bus were full. It was very disappointing! I wasted an entire half of a day trying to board a bus, to no avail - because the last bus of the day that I wanted to catch stopped running at 3 pm. I IMMEDIATELY asked for my money back since I was unable to use the tickets due to no fault of my own.

The tour company refused, telling me that my money was non refundable - even though:

1. there was no reference in their terms and conditions section of the website about an alleged no-refund policy. To the contrary, their terms and conditions stated that I could get a full refund if I give them proper notice; and

2. It was 100% the tour company’s fault that I could not use the tickets in the first place!! I have filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and also with PayPal. This company is predatory, unscrupulous, a scam, and could totally care less about customer service and doing the right thing. STAY AWAY!!
