GLVR billing practices are being looked into by PA Attorney General (see attachment). If you find it deceptive that you have to “uncheck” a box to NOT make a donation to a list of unknown politicians, and then to have to file a report and claim and wait months for a check refund instead of a credit card refund to the card that they charged (per typical credit card merchant rules), and get continual late fees because they do not mail bills or allow auto pay, please file a complaint with the Attorney General here: https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/submit-a-complaint/
