Look on scamion.com for Greg Sundem. You can search the internet and find about 50 reports on this guy who fled to Las Vegas to start Nevada Health RX until the pharmacy board suspended him. Praxsyn was suspended by the SEC for failure to file financials. Now they posted unaudited garbage on their website. Look under Going Concern: if they can't borrow money they are going to fold.
