Greyhound Package Express Misplaced or stole property I paid to transport. Dallas Texas

I shipped a duffel bag with Greyhound Package Express. The bag never arrived at its intended destination. I went to the pick up station and the employees were rude and inconsiderate. I filled a claim, they said they don't track shipments and planned a search of all US and Canadian bus stations.

Five months later they say they have no record of the claim or evidence the bag was shipped. I have not even received a refund for the cost of shipment for which I paid. This company will screw around with you and play games.

The bulk of the company including corporate are considered to be low lifes. Demoralized as considered cultural. Should not be allowed to operate under federal jurisdiction. Are a discrass to America.
