Grill Daddy is a company that sells barbeque grill items including replacement brushes. I ordered two brushes for my Grill Daddy Pro grill. They sent the wrong size. Initially, I repeatly reached out to a cople different people to address my concerns via email. Evenetually I got Michael Wales via text and he called me.
He assured me he would get these out to me right away and apologized for the lack of response. After several weeks and many more demands via email and text to his company, they have failed to stand behind their promise to replace these brushes. Please think twice before you use this company as they di not stand behind their service or word! BUYER BEWARE!
