Jack Levy got in touch with us claiming to be the realtor part of the Grupo VEQ for Guadalajara and Nuova Vallarta properties. After a disagreement with the "Real Buyer" Jack Levy had hired, it was revealed at the closing that he was actually a "Fake Buyer" looking to make money off the real estate deal and not actually buying the property. He profited $80,000 off of our earnings by keeping this "inside transaction" a secret.

Even now, Jack Levy manages to get away with it. He must be restrained. Watch out for this guy. When he initially approaches us, Jack Levy strikes us as a slick talker who is really friendly and approachable.

Each time we reached out to Mr.Levy and left a message, he never returned our call. We felt Justin purposely constituted to the confusion and part of his whole sales pitch to help himself to a quick and easy payday with minimal contact.
