We provided paid media services for GTFO It's Vegan in the middle of 2021 for just one month. They accepted the invoice and said they would be paid, then months later after it not being paid they requested a payment plan of $500/week (for a total bill just over $4k), which we agreed to.

After faithfully sending those invoices, they'd perhaps pay 1 out of every 8, waiting our time in additional to not fulfilling their promises. We even accepted part of the invoice as store credit to help them out.

We were excited to support the idea of vegan store delivery and tried as hard as we could to be supportive and patient so they could make it work. But if unethical people are running a good idea, there will comes a time when enough is enough. So now nearly 18 months later, we're publicizing the poor business practices and considering legal action for the remainder of the balance.
