MAX WAS HIRED IN AND AROUND 2016 TO BE OUR OPS MANAGER, HE HAD NO EXPERIENCE. I TAUGHT HIM EVERYTHING I KNEW ABOUT THE HORTICULTURE INDUSTRY, YET HE CHOSE NOT TO ESTABLISH A LEADERSHIP ROLE THAT HE WAS HIRED FOR. OVER THE YEAR HE WAS TRUSTEED, YET BY THE 5TH YEAR THINGS WERE UNCERTAIN TO HIS ABILITIES TO THE JOB HE WAS HIRED. I paid for a car for his daughter, yet Max Rosado never paid me back and basiclly stole that 2003 BMW, he owes me $6,500.00 plus interest from January 2021. Max lied to clients, told them untruthful things, in return clients found out he was not to be trusted. Unfortunately, they decided to take their business elsewhere. I lost over $50,000.00 in business from his deceptions. I also lost another $24,000 from 1 clients as Max stole my company name, mad himself the owner and manager of GTL property management. I owned this company for may years. I trusted Max Rosado as he had my password and how to re-file with the State of Georgia to make this his company. So on paper & a legal aspect it now shows him as owner....which he is not. In toal Max also changed employee figures and stole money through payroll to the tune to $8000-$10,000 dollars. As of May 2023 Max Rosado stole approx. $90,000.00 in some way, shape or form. He is not to be trusted. Do not hire him for any job, business position. He owns nothing, to sue him would be a waste of money. He owns no property, cars, stocks nor can he finance yesterdays newspaper. in 7 years, I financed 3 cars for him, he abused them, totalled 1 out, did not take care of the other 2, and cost me over $10,000 in damages. They were not worth much when I traded them in as I took a bath on resale value. Trust Max Rosado with NOTHING.
