I went to Guci Image for a consult. I was getting married and lost a lot of hair, so I was considering extentions.
I gave Joe (the owner) a deposit of 1425.00. The next day I decided I did not want to take a chance and loose more hair so I called to cancel my appointment and asked for a refund. He denied me and said the money was non-refundable. He told me he already purchased the hair. So I said ok then Ill take the hair that I purchased but I do not want it applied. He told me he could not do that! He basically stole $1425 from me.
This company does not have a medical licence it is purly cosmetic, yet he claims to be a medical facility.
This man should not be allow to scam people.
