I purchased a board game and paid through Paypal and they provided a tracking number of a package that was being shipped to the same city, state and zip so it would look like I got my package.  However, when I contacted UPS they confirmed that the package was not from the seller and the customer on the package was not me and not my street address.

Paypal will only verify by tracking # that the package was shipped to my address.  However, the tracking # only lists city, state and zip which matches mine.  So it looks like it was delivered correctly and closed the case and ruled with the seller. 

Paypal said that in order to open my case back up i need something from UPS stating the package was not delivered to that address.  I'm working with UPS to try and get that.
