I received merchandise that I did not order from Hardware Plus Tools on April 29, 2020. I promptly contacted them upon receipt of the item and they stated that it must have been sent to me by mistake. They instructed me to obtain a return label from Amazon and send it back.
I shipped it back on May 1, 2020 at an expense of $8.25. I sent Hardware Plus Tools the receipt for the shipping costs and they wrote back to me that I need to contact the “Customer” on the customer label (Melina Thompson) who “gifted” me this merchandise. The fact is that I do not know this person and they are refusing to refund my postage expenses.
