Had a central unit installed in april 2023 and paid 8K. The unit only works in half the house and the company is well aware of this as evidenced by BBB complaints.
They said they could not "fit in" the crawl space. Now...one year later they attempted to bill me through my credit card today. After speaking to some woman named Denise she informed me my bill was unpaid.
Clearly I have proof and my bank has blocked them from attempting this fraudulent billing again. Who authorized this attempt today? Who authorized you to keep my card on file? This company is a complete nightmare. Check BBB with a rating of D-. I wonder why. Stay far way from them.
What they have done to our veterans (BBB) is an absolutel disgrace.

Read the reports of what they have done to DISABLED veterans. I work with veterans on a daily basis and my father is a veteran. No one said they were babies if you are one...sorry. Please act like a veteran and have respect. I will defend all veterans until the day I die. You need to grow up and stop thinking its ABOUT you.

They did not seek out Veterans to "do this". If they are scamming people as you allege, ANYBODY is a target. What you are doing is painting all of us Veterans as crying, whining babies and anything bad which happens its because the perpetrator sought out Veterans to "do it" to. Every one of you whiners who try to pull out that sympathy card is bringing discredit upon all of us who have worn the uniform or still do. GROW UP!
