Yibin Zhang, HBZ Consulting, Spart Auto Collection and Qiang Hua purchased luxury cars from our dealership and never paid them. They exported these cars overseas to China. Yibin claims he comes from wealthy family and owns car dealerships in china. We sold him luxury cars worth $400K with title. We delivered the cars to his house in California. 

He said payment will occur within 1 week of giving titles. He illegallly transferred titles to his company name using companies in other states and making fake documents. Then he exported those cars to China.

He is very good at forging and making fake documents. He has scammed multiple people out of millions of dollars.
