HC Processing Vive Financial Paid the balance off Oklahoma City Oklahoma

We paid the statement balance off and we got a bill the next month for interest. So we called them and was told it was a daily interest charge because we did check by phone and it had to clear the bank which made it accumulate interest till it cleared.

We have paid this bill on time for the last 3 years with the same method which we never had a check not go through. These people are just a POS company to do business with. I will never use this company ever again. Never heard of such a BS excuse to charge more interest.
