Healthwick Canada Defrauded me with a subscription fee. It says "No Obligation" on their website. Scam Oakville Ontario

I purchased a product from them on a subscription to save 5% and it turned into them defrauding me, banning me, and scamming me. I will never buy anything from them again after their customer service agents rudely hung up on me after telling me they won't refund me. On every product page on this company's website, there is an option to start a subscription. Under the subscription details on their website, it says "You can modify or cancel your subscriptions anytime. There is no obligation.". They charged me a $29.56 cancellation fee. I contacted them about it and they told me they would not refund me and hung up the phone on me.

This is not only deceptive business practices, but also fraud. I feel like I need to report this, so they can be stopped. I don't want to see other customers getting scammed by this company like I was. I am reporting them as fraud to my credit card to get my money back. I will never use them again.
