Heartland Transfer Signed contract to transfer my timeshare, took my $5,000.00, did nothing Crown pointe Indiana

Aug 2019, signed contract to eliminate my timeshare, paid $5,000.00.  By April 2020 nothing had been done. James skidmore texted me it was a "one off".  Linda skidmore could not present me with evidence of a single action they had taken.  Their Atty. had not done a single thing either.  In fact polo towers (diamond resorts) had never even heard of them.  Big surprise.  Linda finally told me to just log on to Polo website and do it myself.  I have a complaint filed with the attorney general of Michigan office.  Linda won't even comply with that procedure.

 Call Jim and Linda and get prepared for every Christian greeting you can imagine.  Don't believe a single one--Christians walk the walk--liars just talk.  You should be ashamed.  DO NOT TRUST THEM.  Offer to pay them when the release is complete.  Now that's blasphemy.  Please listen to me, I've never reviewed another business in my life.  Not even an amazon product.  The Skidmores are horrible people and you can not believe a single word they say
