Heatmor R & N outdoor furnaces Meshoppen pa. 18630 The Product they sold me has been defective since purchased with various defects and they will not stand behind their warranty Warroad Minnesota

Stove was purchased in 2012 with lifetime warranty and I continue to have defective parts and now it leaks and they refuse to repair it. The stainless steel they use is their biggest selling point and guaranteed to be the best. But my tank started leaking and they will not resolve.

The bladder failed the first year and then the door rusted through and was leaking. the blower motor went next and all door gaskets have leaked since purchased causing excessive burning of the unit. The doors are not designed correctly to have a proper seal.

Now I am out of a heat source where I have over $15,000.00 invested. I purchased their higher efficient model at twice the costs of other models to avoid all these issues. The previous store that sold them is now out of business and the manufacturer will not stand behind it! I was hoping USA built and purchased would be better than foreign products!
