Dear sir/mam,

              I  am the Owner of STAR PAINTS AND CHEMICALS from India. I made a contract with Ms Audrey who represent  HEBEI SUPAI BIOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD on 21ST JAN 2019 for a product named BINDER quantity 58.8 MT at 300USD CIF NHAVA SHEVA and according to agreement I had made 10% advance payment which is 1764 USD on 24th jan 2019.

And according to agreement they have to deliver the goods within 10-12  days of receiving advance payment. But still now they haven’t deliver any goods.

Whenever I asked to deliver the goods they want some time and this happen every time, after to much delay I asked to refund my advance amount then they also deny to refund my whole amount by giving ridiculous reason and tell that he will only refund 1500 USD but you have to wait for month, unfortunately for this conversion of refund one month gone but they also not refunded the same.

Due to this behavior of company I am in huge loss because I made an agreement with them that’s why I haven’t imported material from any supplier and waited for delivery.

This is very shameful that any company send any amount to any company on faith if this happen to any company then it also shameful for that country also.

So its my kindly request to you please see this matter carefully and take relevant action on this company and refund my amount as per agreement which is written on agreement that

IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES OR LATE,DELAY EACH DAY WE WILL BE PAID ACCORDING TO 0.2% OF TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT TO YOU.

So according to agreement if I give 15 days to deliver the goods then the amount of demurrage is approx 35 USD per day, and the total demurrage is approx. 3000 USD  and advance is 1764 USD so the total amount is 4764 USD according to agreement.

I am enclosing all the details certificate given by the company in email so please attachment.

Lastly I want to say that please officers see this matter seriously because this is not the matter of 1764 USD , it is the matter of faith and responsibility of any country official that nobody can hurt any other.
