Heber City Dental Worst Dental experience, $3900 surprise bill to cancer patient Heber City UT

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with a dental office! Be Very Careful of their surprise billing! A year after our service they sent me a bill of $3900! Also the work they did ended up not being done right and I had pain after and had to go to another dentist. I told them I was battling cancer and they still wouldn’t work with me at all they didn’t care! It’s so terrible to do that to a cancer patient.

We paid at the time of service and thought it was all paid for in full. But all of a sudden a year later they served us with a law suit for $3900! They were very aggressive and said my original bill was $2000 but added almost another $2000 in "collection fees”.. that’s a crazy amount! This same thing happened to someone else I know. So I recommend if you don’t like having surprise bills to visit a different Utah dentist!
