We hired Mitchell Reed Sussman & Associates out of Surrey, BC.  Since that time they have shut down that location.

November 2017 we signed a timeshareexit agreement for $4,194.75 under the assurance of complete professionalism, and in a timely exit manner.

We were in contact with their Surrey, BC, Canada location, Miranda Featherstone.  We had to go to Calgary, AB to get the proper papers signed, and send direct to a Anj Underwood in the US at our cost, which we did.

We continued contact with them, last contact with the Surrey, BC office was December 17, 2018 when we were told by Miranda Featherstone, "don't worry, we are almost done".  

On January 15th after trying to contact the Surrey, BC office to now avail, we found out it was shut down! With no notice to us at all, I had to call the US to find this out.

I spoke with Billy in the US and he said we are working on it, that was February 6, 2019. We are now in June 2019, with no contact at all with us, our e-mails being ignored. They have been extremely unprofessional and clearly avoiding us at all costs.

What do we do.
