Helping Hands Room & Board,LLC They own several Room & Boards in Southern California Inland Empire area Threatened to withhold food if I didn’t show up in Dining Room in a regimented dining time but would still be charged monthly for food by owner: Juliet Marcos San Jacinto California

When today because Juliet & Kitchen Filipino Staff could not remember(and they didn't remember) whether I had been served meals before; threatened to (anyway) "not serve any meals unless they remembered I had showed up specifically within the regimented serving time". There has been chronic irregularities at the company's 848 De Anza Drive (address)--air conditioning compressor and central heating and air not working when it is needed. Ceiling fans outdated or not working properly or they are known to not working properly and rooms getting too hot or too cold. The facility remindfull of a Cottonwood, Arizona facility that had to be reported to the State of Arizona Attorney General's Office. And food content that is either served cold intermittently or has unusual fat contents with bones and hard to consume with no teeth & forced to be throw n away, forcing to have to shop for extra food by the boarder at far away markets at extra transportation expense to boarder & prohibitively expensive to boarder repeatedly in order to eat correctly. Remembering also: better food was served in jail. And this is all "heaped" on senior aged people at this Boarding Room facility who have very difficult times getting to and from the far away grocery stores.
