POSTING on RIP OFF REPORT for the world to see

In January 20, 2022 Heritage AUCTIONS, incorporated potentially violated the Ohio and Texas Consumer Protection Act when it failed to disclose the damage to an item that I purchased online at their auction house. Unfortunately,  I bought an item and I relied on Heritages descriptions, photographs, and technology to make this purchase and they failed to disclose the damage as mandated by law.

The reality is that it was not until I got the card in hand that the damage that was hidden became apparent. They have all ducked out now and are no where to be found. To be sure, Heritage has potentially violated the Consumer Protection Act of Texas, Ohio Consumer Protection Act by intentionally omitting information to consumers and providing descriptions that misled, deceived and treated me unfairly when failing to respond to my communications. Please be weary of dealing with this shady company and staff.

Specfically, Beware of the staff at Heritage as they are the ones who have personsally purpotrated this crime. -- IF you encounter Alexis Bailey (Manager) and Chris IVey (Sports Director) or Larissa Brown (Team lead) please be advised that these people are criminals and will unscroupoulously steal your money.
