Hideaway Salon Kiara Horne View Salon Intent to Defraud, Wire Fraud, Tax fraud, False Advertising West Hollywood California

In complying with the terms of this site and approval of the law, I can now file my report, and hopefully it will help someone else that has been a victim or rip off by this salon's criminals. 

As a latino woman who has lived in Los Angeles, California for over 20 years, it's a shame. I forgot Trump loves the poorly uneducated bigots like Donovan C. Mills and Kiara Lynn Horne of Hideaway Weho salon FKA View salon( they keep changing the name to commit illegal business activities).  Last year, in November, we invited Donovan C Mills to teach at our salon(Republic) in the same area as View Salon. We paid a deposit for the class, which was $2314. He said his schedule was clear the day of the class.

The day came, and he didn't make it but was on a plane to another state! The other business partner called us on the phone that he has to rebook, and somehow his system got overbooked on the same day! It's likely he already had another cutting gig and was never going to show. I filed a dispute to getting the funds. It turns out he only takes certain payment methods to avoid paying taxes. Yes, he and his alleged business partners have been committing state and federal crimes. Luckily, the person we hired  was able to confirm this and has submitted evidence from both parties to the state, attorney general, IRS, federal trade, etc.

What's crazy about stealing money is Kiara Horne, his business partner,  told us that the following year that he is pulling a scam on the disability office to get funds. Oddly, he is a racist trump supporter who hates our mayor and governor with passion. He even posted hate for the LGBTQ. I don't think the people who cut their hair have a clue about how evil and hateful this salon is. From stealing money, ripping people off, committing fraud to on their knees for trump. He may be mental and on medication to go alone with the salon scam to make people have sympathy for him. Kiara told us she just goes along with all the craziness so he won't file against her.. She also said he was trans but hates other trans people. No rich republicans will ever come near them but they agree to do hair cutting classes for only whites, not hispanic people. I can't wait until the law department takes the case and Donovan goes back to jail. Yes back to jail. His arrest record is longer than him.  I have several background checks from my lawyer .

This criminal is from ORGEGON but came here to our beauty state to spread fraud and hate. If you hate hispanic people and love trump why did you move to California? Oh I forgot the mental ill and has screws missings.  Also, repeating the same thing over and over again in class is not education. lol It was horrible last year in buffalo, NY. He smelled bad and people kept saying he kept going in and out dimensions and hearing voices. Sir, just return my deposit for the class that you didn't give!
