I recently got appointed to my HOA for a new Lennar builder neighborhood. We recently discovered that Leann Hilton from the management company had been embezzling money from our HOA. Although we fired her, we will never get our money back. We contemplated pursuing criminal charges, but the detective said it wouldn't be worth the time to recoup the several thousand dollars she stole from our neighborhood.
She stopped paying our vendors and they all started filing liens on our homes.
If you decide to allow HiltonHale/Leann Hilton to manage your neighborhood, please know that you have been warned. Criminal and Extremely untrustworthy and deceptive business practices! Side note, our neighborhood just found out her car was being repo’d because she’s broke and can’t pay her bills.

LeAnn Hilton is just the epitome of an evil, dark soul. You will never meet someone who is so good at making other people feel so disgusting as LeAnn is.
Sadness and brokeness follow wherever she goes. If you hire her, you will regret it. If you befriend her, she will try to destroy you. Be smart and avoid this forked-tongue pariah. Nothing good will come from associating with her.

The guy that keeps posting all of this lunacy is a stalker that is obsessed with this woman and angry she wouldn’t date him and never gave him the time of day in his more than four year long obsession. Ms. Hilton is a good person and I know that she would wish him help with his mental illnesses.

This couldn’t have happened to a more deserving person. LeAnn is the embodiment of a louse. She destroys the lives of anyone who has the poor fate of crossing her path. Multiple lawsuits for fraud. A poor attitude. Just a horrible person. If you disagree with her or don’t bend to her will she does everything she can to publicly humiliate you not realizing she’s just humiliating herself.
The last two men (one married) personally involved with her have openly told people she’s just looking for her next meal ticket and was just a time filler who wouldn’t let go, actually calling her insane and unstable. Buyer beware of this bum.
