Run as fast as you can away from Hisense electronics. I should of stayed with Samsung I have owned a Samsung wide screen TV for 13 years not one problem. I made a huge mistake purchasing a new Hisense Google TV Model 75" U6H. It seemed fine for the first 2 days then is started to shut off, I had to unplug it from the wall every 15 minutes for 4 months to reset it. I could cast from my Laptops for the first month then that stopped working. I contacted Hisense and right from the beginning you can tell they are a scam company they did not respond for over 3 weeks.
I requested a new remote because that stopped working with the TV even after re connecting it to my brand new TV multiple times, changing for brand new batteries. Hisense even refused to address that issue not sending me a new remote. Then after 2 months they said do a Factory reset. I did the factory reset an now the Hisense TV will not allow me access to the settings menu nor can I cast from my laptops from Google Chrome, I even worked with Google tech support they tried to help & said the TV is defective.
A brand new 2023 Model & the Worst POS I have ever owned. So 6 months in I requested multiple times to Hisense a Technician needs to come and repair the TV. After 3 weeks they responded sending my Emails for my sales receipts, I sent them within 10 minutes , then a few days later they emailed asked for the sales receipt, I sent it within 10 minutes, then they email and wanted the price I paid & the taxes I paid, I sent it, Then I sent them the SKU number & Serial Number with a photo of each, The they emailed a day later wanting a photo of the back of the TV. This is a the biggest scam company I have ever purchased an electronic device from. Now my Attorney is filing a complaint with our States Attorney Generals office. Hisense is an outrageous scam company selling complete junk.
It does not take a lot to see Hisense is trying to run the date clock out an let the warranty expire.
Remember this post if you are unlucky enough to buy any Electronic Accessories from this Scam company . I would not even sell this POS to anyone.
