I purchased a Hitt Ace 5000 puff disposable device in Strawberries and Cream . The first one I purchased was great . It worked as it should and I was very impressed . I was very pleased with the flavor. To me it is hard to find a good flavor in disposables and thought I found a great device.

I went to purchase a second one at the same location. This device did not work accurately. It would not  produce any flavor nor charge after only 20 hits . I then thought this was a one off and decided to go purchase one at my local vape store . This one worked accurately however it leaked all over when down to a quarter left . I then went to purchase another one . I purchased this at the vape shop as well .

This one had flavor for less than 10 hits and stopped producing a draw and  would not charge . Alerted vape store and of course , no refunds or exchange . Desparate I purchased another  one  at the gas station and this one worked ok despite the leaking at the end . Finally I purshased 2 at the vape store and neither one worked ! I emailed the Company Hitt Vapes and received zero response.

This company has serious quality issues and is ripping off consumers because of the zero return policy . The vendors make you try it out before you leave and if it works on your first draw then you are stuck and out 25 bucks when it craps out on you and does not work as it should for the duration of your purchase . The numbers seem to show that every other one does not work .

I will be contacting my state Attorney General and the BBB along with all vendors whom continue to sell a product that is defective . Vapor consumers beware that these do not work reliably and they have serious quality issues . Anyone whom has had a similar experience I would love to hear from you . I want refunded for the devices that did not work .

The vapor industry needs to take more pride in their products . I will continue to email the company and might possibly file a small claims on principle . They won't respond .
