In addition to this complaint, we intend to file a claim with the Department of Transportation against HK Quality Transport LLC’s MC and DOT numbers, as well as initiate a small claims case in the Miami court.

We request your immediate attention to this matter to enforce compliance and facilitate the recovery of the unpaid broker fee and compensation for the cargo damage.
