We believe that Michael Lawrence Peel is complicit and willingly assisting Black Lion Investment Partners Inc in their program in which the court did support it’s motion for default judgement against the defendants: PLAINTIFF’S MEMORANDUM OF LAW IN SUPPORT OF ITS MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANTS WOOTEN, ROSE, KRCIL, and BLACK LION  judg21-cv-00270krcil.pdf (sec.gov)  

We believe that that Michael Lawrence Peel contributed to further investment into Black Lion Investment Partners with knowledge that Black Lion was under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and we believe that that Michael Lawrence Peel was an instrumental and a primary intermediary to induce further investment.   As a result of information, which we now believe and understand to be inaccurate, misleading, and false, provided thru intermediaries coached and directed by that Michael Lawrence Peel; we believe that we have lost more than $1,000,000.00 USD. 

We believe that Michael Lawrence Peel is connected to Dean Renfro, a John Maxwell Certified Coach – speaker and trainer and that they are complicit in the inducement to investment under a ‘christian’ dogma.  

Michael Lawrence Peel provides information on Safefunds Escrow Online, Internet Escrow Safe and Secure - Safefunds.com - Paymaster Service Worldwide. , which Safefunds has confirmed to be ‘inaccurate’ and Safefunds further stated that information provided by Michael Lawrence Peel is “obviously’ ‘cut and Paste’ efforts from our public website.”  We believe that Michael Lawrence Peel represents that the funds invested are secure in a Safefunds account which he facilitates and represents to be safe and remain in the control of the investor (us) as client to this program.
