This tour company is no legal . The PUC is only valid for one jeep that is out of commission currently. They pick you up in a rental that is not covered in the PUC and is not posted on vehicle PUC requires .
Be very aware of Marcus, Doug, or Scotty if they are your driver/guide as they are known to consume alcohol and marijuana on the road.
This company goes into Haleakala National Park for sunset tours which is illegal without the proper licenses witch only a hand full of companies have and it cost them lots of money.
This company is ripping of customers and taking away business from legitimate businesses that pay their dues and has proper insurance and PUC.
Use a company that is honest and that cares about your safety and well-being.
